Q. How can you coach me when we live so far apart?
A. It’s always great to meet in person and I prefer that whenever possible. However if you don’t live in Las Vegas, NV or San Diego, CA, I will be coaching people from all over the country… in fact all over the world through either:
· Google + Hangout
I will then (snail) mail you all the handouts, DVD’s, gifts and everything I have to give you.
Q. How will you be able to tell if I’m doing everything correctly?
A. We will be meeting every other week for many weeks. At that time we will see how you feel and see how our plan is working for you. If you’re not happy, we’ll change it. If it is working, we will build from that.
At every meeting you will learn just 1 or 2 maybe 3 new things to adjust your lifestyle and/or eating. That way you are not overwhelmed or confused. It’ll be easy to follow and we’ll “add in” to your already existing life.
AND you will ALWAYS have e-mail access that I will return within 24 hours, usually within just hours of any questions or concerns you may have.
IN OTHER WORDS WE WILL ALWAYS BE IN COMMUNICATION WITH EACH OTHER.
By the time we are finished with your program you will have accomplished ALL your goals and be at a place where you are very happy and healthier. AND most importantly you will have the tools, knowledge, skill and “Habits” that should last you for the rest of your life.
Q. How much does the program cost and what payment plans do you offer?
A. Just as each person is different, each diet and lifestyle is Bio-individual. Please know that I am flexible and will work with all clients and just about any situation (including accepting camels, goats, eggs and anything else that may sound funny right about now).
Q. How Do I get started?
A. The first consultation is FREE. You simply call or e-mail me and tell me that you may be interested in seeing what this is all about. I then e-mail, fax or snail mail you a form to fill out (it’s only 3 pages long). We then set up a time to meet, either in person if possible or online or telephone.
All sessions are 50 minutes long. At our first session we will discuss your goals, “Primary” food stances then get into the “Secondary Foods.”
We will then see how we can work together to reach your goals and form a game plan. It’s important to see that our personalities mesh and that we like and get along well with each.
There’s always a (slight) possibility that you may have goals that are out of my reach. For instance, you may be a middle age women that wants to be a male Basketball star and play for the NBA. That would be a little out of my realm of knowledge but I would work like heck to see what I could do to help you. Not to mention how much fun that would be to watch!
